After downloading the prov. file, check the file details to make sure that the file name ends with *.prov

First, send the file to a china phone, sony ericsson or symbian phone. Then, send it back to your java phone through bluetooth or infrared.

Your java phone will recognise it as configuration settings.

Now, go to Menu - Settings - Configuration - Default Config.
Then enter and then set the settings you just saved as your default.
Activate Default in all Applications? Click yes.

That's all, go to your application and start to browse.
