FOLLOW THIS STEP!
Download any Opera to your Blackberry Phone and Install.
Now go to your Blackberry Menu and Click on the Option Icon > Advance Options > Browser Push > Scroll down to where your see IP Hosts > Then click on the Drop down and choose Allow Specific and Insert 10.199.212.002 in Box provided below after clicking the Allow Specific.
Now Open the Opera you Installed on your Blackberry Phone.

If you're using Opera handler, make sure you insert the necessary tweaks and Tick the Remove String.
